Breeze Helicopters Chicago in Chicago, IL is looking for one helicopter customer service associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

We are a Helicopter Tour and Charter business looking for Helicopter Customer Service Associates to assist with checking-in passengers arriving at our facility and to assist with the loading of passengers onto and off of the helicopter prior to their flight. Helicopter Customer Service Associate responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, adhering to all safety protocols, and positively controlling passenger movements around the helicopter. From time to time, Helicopter Customer Service Associates may be asked to assist with answering phones, helicopter fueling, and facility cleanliness responsibilities. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant, safe and memorable experience for our guests! 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and off-loading of passengers on/off the helicopter
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with the check-in process for arriving guests, to include answering phones and greeting guests as needed
• From time to time, assist with helicopter fueling requirements (we will provide training)
• Assist with the general cleaning responsibilities in the aircraft and the facility

Qualifications

• Customer service attitude
• Comfort around operating aircraft
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• A willingness to learn and grow with a small company
• English and Spanish ability is a plus, but not required
